Confidentiality agreement
Version 2026-09-301. Confidential information
Non-public information shared during the Synapse BRIDGE demonstration, including product plans, methods, budgets, prospective partnerships, creative works and unpublished data, is confidential. The sample figures shown in the demonstration are illustrative, not actual applicant or financial records.
2. Use and disclosure
You will use confidential information only to evaluate a potential collaboration with Synapse. You will not disclose it to others except colleagues or professional advisers who need to know and are bound by equivalent confidentiality duties. Please do not record, screenshot or distribute the demonstration without written permission.
3. Exceptions and required disclosure
This agreement does not cover information already public through no breach by you, information lawfully known to you before disclosure, independently developed information, or information lawfully obtained from another source. If disclosure is legally required, give Synapse prompt notice where legally permitted.
4. Duration and next steps
These confidentiality obligations last for two years from the date you sign. Signing does not create a funding commitment or a partnership, and no intellectual-property rights are transferred. Any future partnership is subject to a separate written agreement.
