Every account on the Synapse network sits in one or more access tiers. Your tier decides what you can see, edit, download and report on across the TOWS Platform, Festival Register, Festival Dashboard, Creative Exchange and Bridge Platform.

Super admin

BRIDGE (portfolio)
Portfolio-level access across an assigned group of festivals and institutions.

Aggregated sector intelligence shared for research and policy use.

Festival producer
Register and manage your own festival, editions, sessions and profile.
- Register the festival and receive a permanent Synapse ID and Register code
- Complete the Register and Dashboard Intelligence Forms, or import them from Google Forms/CSV
- Edit the public profile, cover photo, logo and gallery
- Create editions, clone the last edition, and run live sessions
- Review artist applications and sponsorship interest
- Private festival TOWS, visible only to the festival and super admin
