Every account on the Synapse network sits in one or more access tiers. Your tier decides what you can see, edit, download and report on across the Festival Strategy Studio, Festival Register, Festival Dashboard, Creative Exchange and Bridge Platform.

Super admin
Full platform access, user and role management, regional TOWS editing.
- See every festival, TOWS, intelligence response and profile

CARICOM (CARIFESTA admin)

- Add CARICOM officials to events in keeping with agreed contracts
- Run reports for CARIFESTA editions and compare reports across editions

BRIDGE (portfolio)
Portfolio-level access across an assigned group of festivals and institutions.

Festival producer
Register your festival and request invitation-only access to the Festival Dashboard programme.
- Register the festival and receive a permanent Synapse ID and Register code
- Complete the Register and Dashboard Intelligence Forms, or import them from Google Forms/CSV
- Edit the public profile, cover photo, logo and gallery
- Create editions, clone the last edition, and run live sessions
- Review artist applications and sponsorship interest
