Platform
BRIDGE — from cultural evidence to a funding pipeline
BRIDGE takes what festivals, artists and associations already hold across the Synapse network, runs a structured due-diligence process, and places each entity at a funding readiness level with the instruments, funds and growth steps that match it. Readiness is a starting point, not a verdict — every level has finance designed for it.
How the pipeline works
1. Data already on Synapse
Register profile, intelligence forms, entity TOWS, ticketing and revenue records, attendance, sponsorship and cultural KPIs are pulled in as the starting evidence base.
2. Due diligence
Seven pillars — governance, operational maturity, financial performance, market and revenue analysis, IP valuation, collateral alternatives, and evidence & case-study learning.
3. Funding readiness level
A weighted, evidence-discounted score places the entity on a five-step readiness ladder and profiles it against the 7C's credit framework.
4. Funding pipeline
Recommended instruments and named funds for that level — from blended grant and micro-loan through to IP-backed finance and equity.
5. Growth plan
A prioritised plan showing exactly what to strengthen, why funders weight it, and the horizon to reach the next level.

Five levels, each with the finance it is genuinely ready for.
