Register a festival, band or association

Any cultural entity can register here — Festival, Association / Membership Body, Band / Ensemble, Mas Band / Carnival Band, Orchestra / Choir, Collective / Company, Network / Federation. Choose your entity type in the form below. Your entry receives a permanent Synapse ID and Festival Register code that works across the network. Your Festival Register entry appears publicly once a super admin approves it. Festival Dashboard access is a separate, invitation-only programme.

Registering as

Associations, bands, ensembles, collectives and networks can register here too — the Register code, profile and dashboard work the same way.

Host company / organisation

Run several events? Register each event separately with the same organisation name — each gets its own dates, name and Synapse ID, and they are grouped together on the Register.
